The Responsible Managers' Course

This course has been designed to assist all Responsible Managers in understanding their overall obligations under an AFS Licence. In a group setting, the Course is provided in four hours. In one-on-one delivery, examples can be based on the Licensee and are usually three hours in length, depending upon the needs of the participant.

  Implementing an organisational development program
  Compliance standards
  Compliance Program implementation
  Appointment, supervision and monitoring of Representatives
  Dispute resolution
  Operational requirements under ASIC Regulartory Guides
  Information technology
  Human resources
  Outsourcing

 

The workshop will familiarise Responsible Managers with their overall obligations, provide a level of insight into each Regulartory Guide and how to implement these obligations within your business.
