A regular review of your Representatives’ activities and a random selection of client files is one way of supervising and monitoring their activities.  Let one of our experienced Auditors conduct a comprehensive Representative Review.

 

Our Consultant will meet with your Representative and ascertain how they do business, review 4-6 client files and then debrief with the Representative discussing any issues identified. The Licensee will receive a detailed report identifying issues and practical recommendations to address these issues.

 

Representative Reviews can be stand alone or be part of our Audit and Control System.
